A memorial service for Tasha will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 2:00 pm at I.V. Macklin School in Grande Prairie. I didn't know Tasha but I know her Aunt Jessie and her cousin Anders. So very sad to hear of the loss of life gone too soon! Tasha was beautiful both on the outside but more importantly on the inside too! This poem was shared with me when my brother died....hope it helps you even just a little. We do not need a special day to bring you to our minds. The days we do not think of you Are very hard to find. Each morning when we awake ,we know that you are gone. And no one knows the heartache as we try to carry on. Our hearts still ache with sadness and secret tears still flow. What it meant to lose you no one will ever know. Our thoughts are always with you, Your place no one can fill. In life we loved you dearly; In death we love you still. There will always be a heartache, and often a silent tear. But always a precious memory Of the days when you were here. If tears could make a staircase, And heartaches make a lane, We'd walk the path to heaven And bring you home again. We hold you close within our hearts; And there you will remain,To walk with us throughout our lives Until we meet again. Our family chain is broken now, And nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, The chain will link again. xxoo Tracy, Evan and Eason

Our son is in grade 9 at IVM and he was friends with Tasha. I volunteer a lot around the school and remember seeing her. We just wanted to tell you how truly, very sorry we are for your loss. Your whole family, along with Tasha, has been and will continue to be in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. Donna Wagner & Ryan

I didn't know Tasha very well, but I remember see her at school for the longest time. Starting from elementary right through Jounior High. Every time I would see her she would be smiling or laughing. I wish I had the time to get to know her better, to share laugh's and smiles with her. Those that have, Cherish it and never forget it.

My heart breaks for your loss... My daughter Janelle and son Colton have been friends with Tasha all through elementary school, and are devastated by Tasha's abrupt passing. In Jr. High, Tasha was good friends with Janelle and would come over for a sleepover time to time. She was always so very sweet and so polite to everyone in our family. She was a true beauty on the outside (obviously) :) but also a beauty on the inside. She will be missed. Prayers to your family...
