In Loving Memory Of

Ronald Allen Clark

February 27, 1949 - June 2, 2012

Ronald Clark, longtime resident of Grande Prairie passed away after a long battle with cancer on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the age of 63 years old. He was born February 27, 1949 to Donald and Mary Clark in Winnipeg, MB. Ron is survived by his wife of 37 years Caroline, his 2 sons Michael (Alanna) Clark, and Steven (Courtney) Clark; Grandson Griffin Rose and 3 expectant grandchildren; sister Lynne Otto; mother in-law Agnes Adrian; as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Ron was a loving father, husband, grandfather and friend to all. He was preceded in death by his parents, Don and Mary Clark; and his father in-law Bill Adrian. Ron lived life to the fullest. He loved his family, his friends, and sports of all kinds, especially golf. He was an enthusiastic golfer for more than 40 years. His competitive and fun-loving spirit was always present and will be deeply missed by his many friends. Having recently given his life to Christ, Ron is now resting in peace with his Heavenly Father. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 7 at 11:00am at the Alliance Church in Grande Prairie, Alberta (15502 102 St. Grande Prairie). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Naturopathic Foundation (CNF).

Those who suffer so long with cancer before succumbing to it are among the bravest but equal to their suffering is that of their precious loved ones who have to watch it happen. So traumatic....for this we have Jesus.

My deepest sympathy to Ron's family. He had such a joy for life and always has a silly joke for me when we spoke. I worked with Ron for the past 3 years, he was one funny man. Ron will be missed, my prayers are with you all. God Bless you.
