Kathleen Lucille “Kay” Coney longtime resident of Puskwaska, Alberta passed away peacefully at the age of 69 years on Thursday, August 9, 2012. Kay was born April 27, 1943 in Grande Prairie, Alberta. She was a longtime resident of Paskwaska area. Kay was beloved wife of Keith of 51 years. She was a farm wife who loved having family and friends around to “fuss” over, cook and visit with. Kay enjoyed her large garden and many flower beds in the summer months, scrapbooking, photography and painting. She was grandmother to eight grandchildren, whom she loved very much. A special joy for her was to be surrounded by her children and grandchildren during the holidays and family functions. Kay will be sadly missed by husband Keith Coney, daughter Kim (Morgan, MacKenzie), son Kelly and wife Heather (Emily & Garrett), Son Scott and wife Kathleen (Joshua, Justin, Kyle, Seth).
