It is with a heavy heart reading the Obituary for Mrs. Dolen, she was one of the kindest people in the world, it seems that everyone was welcomed into her home and made to feel very comfortable. Mrs. Dolen had charm, patience and grace and always had a smile for everyone. Our sincere condolences to Peter, Anne, Kathy, Ken and Evelyn and their families. Please accept my apologies for being in attendance at the service.

I deeply regret not been able to attend Alma's service on Monday but am very very thankful that her & I had a great, fun visit in January. We covered a wide range of topics that all involved lots of chuckles. When I asked her what possessed her & Frances to move all the way up here, she replied, "there were a lot of Dolen boys around that home farm & we decided to take off and find a new place in a new part of the country, now look at it here, it is full of Dolen boys again"! She has left an enduring legacy.
