Andrew “Andy” Green, resident of Clairmont, AB, formerly of Rycroft, AB, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2019, at Prairie Lake Hospice, at the age of 91 years.

Andy was born in Youngstown, AB, on September 19, 1927 to Ruth and Richard Green.

Andy worked as a farmer, and as a Derrickhand and Driller in the oilfield.

Andy was a joker and loved telling stories. He had a way of drawing out the best of people.

His hobbies included playing cards, pool, and watching hockey and football. He loved driving his truck on road trips to the Whitehorse, Dawson City, and Ponoka rodeos.

He will be sadly missed by his daughter Shirley (John) Juigalli; son Richard Green; and grandson Dallas Green.

Andy was predeceased by his wife Lillian, son Wallace, mother Ruth, and father Richard.
