Andrew Kaczkielo passed away peacefully on Friday, June 14, 2019 at Prairie Lakes Hospice in Grande Prairie, at the age of 80 years.

He will be sadly missed by his wife Diann of 55 years; children: Andrea (Loren), Lorraine (Craig), Curt (Carla), and Wade (Lisa); grandchildren: Crystal (James), Lance, Kandra, Kelsey, Travis (Danielle), Kara (Robert), Branden, Andrew, James, Heath, Amanda, and Sarah; great-grandchildren, Taya, Daylon, Jemma, Rhylee, Reya, Julian, Sophia, Claira, Katherine, and Kendrick; twin brother Edward (Gail); sisters Jean, Mary (John) Vavrek, and Helen; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Andy was predeceased by his parents Martha and Julian Kaczkielo.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday June 18, 2019, at 11:00am, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Grande Prairie (10404 102 St.). Viewing will be held prior at 10:00am.

Interment to follow at Webster Cemetery in Sexsmith. Following the interment, a luncheon will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sexsmith (9928 97 St.).
