Obituary For Audrey Alberta Coone Nagel
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, mother in-law, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Audrey Nagel on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at the age of 81 years.
Audrey was born on the family farm near Woking, AB, on October 24, 1936.
She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years Hans; three children: Val (Ken Purvis, Donna (Calvin Beamish), Carol (Barry Matlock); five grandchildren: Kelly Purvis, Amanda (Trevor Frayn), Ashley (Justin Callon), Riley Matlock, and Spencer Matlock; four great-grandchildren: Marshall and Hudson Frayn, and Rayah and Briar Callon; three sisters: Nina Bean, Olive Dawson, Judy Stubbs; brother Larry Coone; as well as many more family members and special friends.
A Celebration of Audrey’s life will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, 3:00pm, at Oliver’s Funeral Home in Grande Prairie (10005 107 Ave.).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Grande Prairie and District Golden Age Centre (10222 101 Ave., Grande Prairie, AB, T8V 0Y5).
