Barbara Kathleen Grant, resident of Grande Prairie, AB, formerly of Kamloops, BC, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, in Grande Prairie, AB, at the age of 63 years.

Barb was born, January 28, 1960, to James and Verona Grant in Lillooet, BC, and spent her early years growing up between Ashcroft and Kamloops, BC.

Barb spent recent years living in Grande Prairie, AB, with her son and grandchildren. She spent a lot of time playing cards (Uno and Skip Bo) dice, puzzles, play doh, and so much more with her grandchildren. Most of what Barb did, she did for her kids and grandkids, whether that was listening when they needed someone to talk to or buying them something random to surprise them and see them smile. She was an amazing Mother, and Nana.

Barb is survived by her son William Grant (Darcie Gulick); and a beloved Nana to: Roy 16, Liam 14, Rylan 11, Rose 8, Lilly 6, and Lincoln 2.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Kamloops, BC. on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at the North Shore Community Center (730 Cottonwood Ave.) from 12:30 - 4:30pm.
