My Grandma was a beautiful soul, she was full of life. She was young at heart and that was something that was never taken from her, she was goofy and would do whatever she could to make people smile. Her kind and sensitive spirit reminded all of her family to be kind and loving no matter what. I will forever cherish my moments spent with my Grandma. Whenever we would go visit she would take us grocery shopping so her and Grandpa had all the snacks we liked! She was always up for whatever we wanted to do, from crafts to shopping to playing video games .... Grandma would never say no to us! She was a ball full of positive energy, She was gentle and patient, she was compassionate and thoughtful. Every year she would make cards for us, these beautiful crafted cards she would custom design on her computer. She would find poems and edit them to be personable she would spend hours perfecting the cards to be just right. She put her heart and soul into those cards and anything she would do, her family meant the world to her. Everyone knew that.... She cherished everything her Grandkids gave her as I remember looking threw all the rooms in Grandma & Grandpas Nanton home and being surprised by the things she had kept. She would let me look threw all her photo albums and would sit patiently with me as I asked â??whoâ??s thisâ?? and â??whoâ??s thatâ??... My Grandma brought so much joy into my life, I remember the summer we spent days trying to come up with the perfect special nick name, She had come up with Bubbles ... and told me it was because I was so positive and always a â??Bubblyâ?? person. I remember .... my gosh I remember so many amazing memories. One of my favourite things was the Calgary Zoo with Grandma and Grandpa and The Enchanted Forest !! I truly think Grandma might have been more excited than I was, Iâ??ll never forget her gorgeous smile or her pointing at everything â??look Kiddo, did you see that!â?? I am blessed and thank god for her being such a big par

I am sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I remember fondly of her time with us as Guides, or Brownies. It is hard to keep up to everybody we meet, but once in a while your family comes up in a conversation. Colette (Glen) Robinson

If I had to describe my Grama in only a few words I think it would be, forever young. My Grama was so full of life, always down for an adventure and always, always smiling. I always dubbed Grama and Grampa as the grandparents that I would forever get to be a kid with, because even as I got older we always had fun together. Whether it be playing hours of Wii bowling, dingo ball, crib, watching movies, going to the candy store, the airplane museum, go carting, mini golfing, and playing horseshoes at the bar. I remember having fresh baked bread and apple pie every single time we visited, and picking out the colors for the blankets that Grama would knit me, the massive halloween costume trunk that we were so excited when she finally passed down to us. If you knew Grama than you knew she took halloween very seriously, even dressing up with whatever she could find in the house once she no longer had her trunk! Her colorful, disney themed wardrobe and love for bumblebees which has all more of a special place in my heart now. I am so thankful for every memory and moment I have with my sweet Grama, and I will treasure them forever. Here's to staying forever young, I love you. xoxo your #1 baby granddaughter.
