Obituary For Bernice Hachey
Bernice Hachey, resident of Grande Prairie, AB, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022, at the Grande Prairie Care Centre, at the age of 90 years.
Bernice was born in Grande Prairie on February 2, 1932. She attended school in Riley, AB, and graduated in Three Hills, AB, with her diploma. She met and married Vern in 1957. She enjoyed gardening.
Bernice will be sadly missed by her daughter Laurie (Rick) Rode; grandchildren: Nathan Rode (Shelli), Darcy Rode (Amanda), Matthew Hachey (Ashley Marie), Alyssa Gladue (Kelly), and Ashleigh Hachey (Kyle); 11 great-grandchildren; daughter in-law Cindy Hachey; sisters Christine Wolfe and Viola Albertson (Dean); as well as brother Ragis Bjerkseth (Nancy).
Bernice was predeceased by her husband Vern Hachey and her children Victor Hachey and Sharon Rose Hachey.
