I had the honor and privilege of visiting Bernice with my dog Ava over the last year. She truly was a woman of God. She gently encouraged and changed my perspective on life on many occasions. I am a better person because of her wise counsel. She had a twinkle in her eyes that I referred to as the apple of God's eye. I miss her and will for a very long time. God welcomed home a very special person to heaven and I was so blessed to be with her during her last breath on earth. My thoughts and prayers to ALL the family.
