Beverley Hamel, resident of Grande Prairie, AB, formerly of Moncton, NB, passed away in Grande Prairie, on Friday, July 26, 2019, at the age of 57 years.

Beverly was compassionate, loving, strong, courageous, selfless, and outgoing. Her smile and laugh could light up a room. She enjoyed fishing, watching UFC, hanging out with her friends, arts and crafts, and swimming. Bev lived to be with her grandkids.

She will be sadly missed by her children: Ryan (Reese) Hamel, Samantha (Andrew) Knott, and Megan (Jesse) Hamel; grandchildren: Mackenzie, Carson, Lucas, Charlie, Aliyah, and Zaiden; surviving siblings: Jeffery Wilson, Ray Wilson, Victor (Ivy) Wilson, Barbara (John) Vey, Linda (John) Deering, Joyce (Frank) Deschamps, and Billy Wilson.

Beverley was predeceased by her parents Kathleen Wilson and Layton Wilson.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 3, 2019, at 4:00pm, at Oliver’s Funeral Home in Grande Prairie (10005 107 Ave.).
