Obituary For Calvin Floyd Walega
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a wonderful son, father, and brother, Calvin Floyd Walega, resident of Clairmont, AB. He passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at Prairie Lake Hospice, at the age of 57 years.
After a three year battle with cancer, he was a true fighter until the end, and he will be missed dearly but forever in the hearts of those who love him.
Calvin’s love of the Edmonton Oilers will bring a smile to his family’s faces.
He will be sadly missed by his daughter Crystal Walega; parents Stan and Gloria Walega; sister Jennifer (Dave) Gabler; brother Barry (Charlie) Walega; niece Jamie Gabler; great-niece Miella Moss; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the family has decided to have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
