Obituary For Carolann "Carole" Johnson (nee Ventress)

Carolann Johnson, resident of Grande Prairie, AB, passed away the the age of 79 years, on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital.

Carole was born in Dryden, ON, on February 25, 1945. She was the second of six children.

Carole is survived by her two sons, Wayne and Ken Johnson; as well as siblings: Robert, Lorne, and Audrey.

She was predeceased by her brothers; Edward and Raymond Ventress.

Carole will be sadly missed by all that knew her, for her quick-witted humour, one liners and her unstoppable love of life, guitar, bonfires, family, and children.

Carole , OH dear I am shocked to hear this news, we recently texted back n forth..I moved away from GP , but we stayed in touch..We had many good times together, afternoons of visiting and going for rides..Those such special memories of sharing and caring..She was looking forward to our next visit out there..Very sorry for the family..loved you Carole..Mary Klassen.
