Obituary For Carson Gano

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our dear brother, uncle and friend.

On October 16th, 1984 Ted and Peggy Gano, along with their daughter Stacy welcomed their son Carson into the world. Ted and Peggy raised their family in the tightly knit farming community of Fourth Creek.

Carson attended Savannah School through to grade 12. After finishing school, he began work for the Conrad Sellin family doing what he loved most, farming. The Sellins became a second family to Carson. They were always there for him and he worked for them intermittently throughout his life.

Carson acquired his Class 1 license and began driving for Werboweski Trucking in 2006. Through this work he discovered his love of driving big trucks. He took pride in being the number one driver of the “little blue” bed truck.

Carson was a fun loving, kind hearted man who touched many lives with his contagious smile and caring demeanor. He loved quadding, campfires and spending time with family and friends.

Carson passed away suddenly on November 26, 2017. He is lovingly remembered by his sister Stacy; nephews James and Morgan; niece Mila; brother-in-law Jerrod; step brother Travis (Holly) and family; numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and countless friends.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at the Spirit of Peace United Church in Spirit River. Luncheon to follow.

My sincere sympathy to Stacey and extended families. I had never met Carson but by his picture he was a wonderful combination of his Mom & Dad. May you find comfort in your memories. May he rest in peace. Dawn Hampton
