Obituary For Chassity Christian Katelynn Horseman
Chassity Horseman a resident of Horse Lake First Nation passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024 in Grande Prairie at the age of 26 years.
Chassity was born on December 1, 1997 and was raised in Horse Lake First Nation.
Chassity deeply loved her family and would do anything for them. She loved like no other. She was passionate about poems, loved to draw and was very talented when it came to art. Her favourite colour was purple and the shade of black. She loved to be around her friends and getting ready to go out with them. She loved all genres of music, but mostly hip-hop and R&B.
Chassity will be sadly missed by her mom Marlene; sister Tasha (Delayne McLean), Kylah and Shevelle; brother Rob, Theoron, Eben, Maizy and Penelope; sister Kristy (Claren Cardinal), Nova and Khaison; brother Brock (Bobbi Taylor), Kynleigh and Lilah; as well as sister Cassie.
Chassity was predeceased by her grandma Delia and grandpa Willy; cousins Clark and Justice; niece Dylan and numerous family members.
A Wake will be held on Tuesday, March 26 at 6:00pm at Horse Lake First Nation Arena. A Service will be held on Wednesday, March 27 at 1:00pm at Horse Lake First Nation Arena with Interment to follow at Horse Lake First Nation Cemetery.
