Obituary For Clarence Franklin Orr
Clarence F. Orr, resident of Peace River, AB, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital from complications of surgery, at the age of 67 years.
Clarence was born on February 5, 1955, in Peace River to parents Frank and Aileen Orr. He was the first born of seven children.
If you were invited to one of his cookouts, you were definitely in for a treat. “Cooking comes from the heart” was a saying he used often.
Clarence will be sadly missed by his sisters: Shauna Biggs, Cory (Ted) Young, Dione (Tyler) Orr, and Peggy (Ron) Orr; brother Kevin (Racheal) Orr; many nieces and nephews; brother in-law Bernie Fordyce; as well as his cat Ginger.
Clarence was predeceased by his partner for life Teresa Wolfe; mother and father Aileen and Frank Orr; as well as sister Sherry Fordyce.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at 2:00pm, at Harmon Valley Park in Nampa, AB, (18478 Township Rd 830). Please bring your lawn chairs and hotdog sticks.
Interment will take place at a later date.
Memorial Donations may be made to Peace Regional SPCA (9510 94 Ave., Peace River, AB, T8S 1J1).
