Obituary For Clifford George Buck Jr.

Clifford George Buck Jr., resident of Grande Prairie, AB, formerly of Spirit River, AB, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020, at Prairie Lake Hospice in Grande Prairie, at the age of 57 years.

Cliff was born on July 6, 1963, in Spirit River, and was raised on the family farm in Spirit River. He moved to Grande Prairie later on in life, where he worked as security off and on for a few years, before settling into mechanics and equipment operation. Cliff worked with PTI Camp Services, Ritchie Brothers, and finally at Silverback Mechanical.

He enjoyed hunting, quadding, fishing, loved doing anything outdoors, was hard working, and loved to make Technic LEGO equipment and vehicles.

Cliff will be sadly missed by his partner Melinda Danielson; children: oldest son Christopher (Danielle) Buck, middle child daughter Terri-Lynn Buck, and youngest son James Buck (Justine Biron); grandchildren: Lucas Heineman-Stout, Jazmin Marie Labre, and Samantha Hazel Mae Buck (Christopher’s children); Alex Buck, Clarissa Buck, and Dominic Martin (Terri-Lynn’s children); and Jakob James Buck, Dexter Joseph Buck, and Juliette Rachel Buck (James’ Children); sisters Linda (Brian) Hellervik and Kathy (Bob) Rehaume; brother Lester (Linda) Buck; nephew Justin Johnson; and Melinda’s daughter Alyssa Danielson.

He was predeceased by his father Clifford George Buck Sr., and mother Doris May Buck.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at 12:00pm, at Bridgeview Cemetery in Spirit River.

    I send my condolences to all of Cliff'ord's family. To Melinda, Linda,& Brian, and there family To Kathy & Bob and there family. To Lester Buck. I am Clifford's cousin and he was a very friendly person. We never got to know these cousins when we were kids. We did meet when we were teenage. But I always enjoyed being around them and getting to know them. It is very sad that he had to leave at a young age. He will be very sadly missed. My hear goes out to the rest of the family.
