Obituary For Corinne Fern Chaulk Ellsworth

Corinne Fern Ellsworth, resident of Sexsmith, formerly of Thompson, MB, passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2017, at QEII Hospital, at the age of 40 years.

Corinne was born April 25, 1977 in St. John’s NL. In 1995, she moved to Thompson, MB with her family and married Jamie Ellsworth in 1997. They lived in Thompson until 2013 when they relocated to Sexsmith, AB with their four children.

Corinne was very outgoing and compassionate. She was just like her father, and could spark a conversation with anyone. Since she was a child, she loved to sing and play music. Later in life, she became a hairstylist and ran a salon.

She will be sadly missed by her husband Jamie Ellsworth and her children: Nickolas (12), Deserae (11). Layla (7), and Landon (6).

Corrinne’s family was everything to her. She loved their camping trips and going fishing at Sturgeon Lake. She also enjoyed crocheting and being pampered.

Corinne was predeceased by her father Ernest Chaulk in 2014.

A Memorial service will be held Thursday, July 6, 2017, at 2:00pm, at Victory Church on The Rock in Grande Prairie ( 7702 100 St.).

Memorial donations may be made to the family to assist in alleviating expenses at this time. Donations may be made through Go Fund Me or by email transfer to jamiencorinne@yahoo.ca.
