Obituary For Daphne May Luff Derocher
Daphne May Derocher, resident of Central Peace Health Complex Long Term Care in Spirit River, AB, passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018, in Spirit River, at the age of 94 years.
Daphne was born February 9, 1924 in Dorking, Surrey, United Kingdom. She came to Canada as an English war bride in 1946. She enjoyed music.
She raised a family of eight, four girls and four boys: Yvonne Duda, Carol Noble, Marjorie Lappenbush, Bryan Derocher, Edmond Derocher, Donna Robinson, Rory Derocher, and Chadwick Derocher; 14 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her son Rory Derocher, daughter Carol Noble, and husband Edmond Peter Derocher.
