Darcy Austin Letendre, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the age of 63 years.

Darcy was born on October 21, 1953 in Beaverlodge, Alberta.

He was a Heavy Equipment Operator and worked in the logging industry his whole life.

Darcy was very outgoing, friendly and welcoming. He made friends easily. He loved hunting, camping and taking the old ladies berry picking. He was always on bear watch.

He will be missed by his children: Mona, Lois, Sheldon and Robyn; grandchildren: Courtney, Levi, Aiden, Isabella, Sophia and Tori; great-granddaughter Ellie: siblings: Bill, Maisie, Doris, Edward, Norma, Betty Ann,Virgie, Marlene, Herbert, Lorna, Marion and Vince.

Darcy was predeceased by his wife: Jeannette Calliou (2016); son: Morgan; grandchildren: Reece and Gage; parents: Lorne and Mary.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at 1:00 pm (AB time) at the Kelly Lake Community Centre.
