Darlene Donna Koehmstedt, resident of Sexsmith, AB, formerly of Prince George, BC, passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021, at the QEII Hospital, at the age of 68 years.

She was born on May 9, 1952, in Summerland, BC, to Lela and Ronald Akerley, and resided in Prince George.

Darlene will be sadly missed by her children Dale (Carla) Koehmstedt and Tara-Lea (Robert) Rehm; and her grandchildren: Kaylib Portice, Shaden Koehmstedt, and Keira Rehm; brother Ronald Akerley.

She was predeceased by her husband, Lyle Koehmstedt, on February 27, 2016.

Cremation has taken place, and interment and service will take place at a later date.
