So sad. I remember David from the first time I met him in 1968 when he was a lovely energetic boy. He was full of life and added great joy to everyone. He was always inquisitive and had a great love of life. And David loved to tease and I remember him teasing me with kindness and making fun out of it for us all. His presence was larger than life and as a result he made life large for all around him. He left us all so early but there remain lovely memories that will last for our life times and so David will live on for all who knew him.

I am sorry to hear about Davidâ??s passing. We had many laughs growing up together. I will always remember his humor. I am praying for comfort for your family during this time of grieving.

Dave was such a great source of laughter at work. I'll never forget the story he told to a group of us at one of the City golf tournaments - dancing to ABBA's Dancing Queen, vacuuming the house in his underwear. Every time I hear that song, I think of Dave and laugh. What a character. My most sincere condolences - many of us will miss Dave. Audra McKinley
