Dorothy Elizabeth Campbell, resident of Grande Prairie, AB, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023, at Prairie Lake Hospice, at the age of 73 years.

Dorothy was born on January 30, 1950, by a midwife in Sturgeon Lake in a cabin. She was raised most of her life by her grandfather Joseph Campbell.

Dorothy will be sadly missed by children: Fabian, Gloria, Rachel, and Elva; grandchildren: Jessica, Trevor, Christopher, Brandi, Kady, Karrie, and Mariliese; several great-grandchildren; as well as siblings: Blanche, Christine, Betty-Anne, Philip, Joanne, and all their children and their children’s children.

Dorothy was predeceased by her parents Albert and Elizabeth Larocque; brothers: Dale, Dennis, and Gary; sister Bessie; daughter Cynthia; grandchildren: Devon, Taylor, Liethe, and Douglas; as well as father of her children Mike Moses (aka Potts).

A Wake will be held Friday, March 3, 2023, at 4:00pm, at Sturgeon Lake Community Hall. Dinner and Celebration of Life to follow on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at 2:00pm.
