Dear Barb, Bob, Dave, Lorne, Leslie, Ron, and Joanne and families: thinking of you all at this time of mixed feelings-- much sadness at losing your mom/grandma/aunt/great-grandma/special lady, but happiness that she is with her Lord and Saviour. I'm sure there are lots of great memories to comfort you all-- I remember Aunt Dorothy as being quite feisty, and while she could be strict, she also could have a good laugh (usually from some antic on the part of one of you folks). She went through some hard times and persevered; her quilting reflected her sense of beauty, I am sure you agree. Glad I got to see her when she and Uncle Walter visited with Mum and Dad and went to Victoria; a trip I know they all enjoyed. Know that you are in the thoughts and prayers of others as you move through the days to come. In sympathy, Jean Foote Humphreys
