Obituary For Douglas Young
It is with great sadness that the family of Doug Robert Young, of Wembley, AB, announces his passing on Monday, March 28, 2016, after a battle with cancer.
Doug leaves behind his cherished wife Jackie (49yrs); Father to Doug (Mary Ann), George and Kathy-Jo (Blair); Grandfather to: April, Melissa, Rachel, Devin, Dalton and Megan; Great-Grampa to Jayden, Kylie, Walker, Jazmin, Mason and Khloee; Brother to Peter (Joanne) and Sharon (Rin).
Cremation to follow and no service will be held upon Doug's request.
A special thank you to the staff at Beaverlodge and Grande Prairie Hospitals, the Cancer Clinic and Dr. Pope for his support for Doug during his final days.
