My condolences to the Badger family in the loss of your Mom & Grandma. I am a Badger cousin from Ontario. My Mom (the late Betty Badger-Pender 1927-2015) & I met with Alva & Ivy here in ON a few years ago â?? where else but in restaurant near a craft shop. Alva & Mom spoke a language that is foreign to me (crafts) but when they started speaking â??family historyâ?? then I began to feel like maybe I was related to these ladies after all. Both Alva & Mom were quite versed in both languages. It is so hard to lose your Mom no matter the age. I still find myself thinking â??Iâ??ll have to ask Mom about thatâ??. My thoughts & prayers are with you all.
