On Sunday, February 28, 2016, Edward George Guest of Grande Prairie, formerly of the Hinton Trail area, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 78 years.
Ed will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 57 years, Dorothy and their children: Lyle, Terry (Lee) Dion, Larry (Leanne) and Lance (Margie); grandchildren: Randi (Cale), Lewis (Zane), Lindsay (Gary), Kolten, Cody, Cameron, and Jessie; his sister Jill (Melvin) Hill, as well as numerous extended family and friends.
Ed was predeceased by his parents Ivor and Deborah, and by his brother Peter Guest.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2016, at 2:00pm, at Oliver’s Funeral Home in Grande Prairie (10005 107 Ave).

I was so sad to just recently hear of Ed's passing. From one who has been through the same journey, I can truthfully say that I know what you are going through. I know that you are probably still numb but also emotionally fragile. We are both strong women and you will get through the pain in time.
