Elizabeth Badiuk, resident of Grande Prairie, formerly of Sexsmith, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018, after a brief illness, at the age of 77 years.

Elizabeth was born in Sexsmith, AB on May 19, 1941. She was also raised there.

She worked at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton as a registered nurse. Elizabeth was an avid gardener.

She will be sadly missed by her children: Susan Nelsen, Lisa Borysiuk, and Alan Borysiuk; nephew Donald Mark Badiuk; and niece Tracy Lynne Sawatsky.

Elizabeth was predeceased by her parents Mary and John Badiuk, brother Donald, and grandparents Harry and Annie Bihun.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at 11:00am, at Oliver’s Funeral Home in Grande Prairie (10005 107 Ave.).
