Please accept my sincere regrets at the news of Gerry's passing. He was one of the most sincere and honourable people I have ever known. His high ethical standards were beyond reproach. Even though I had not seen him in a few years I often thought of him fondly as a person whose winning smile and great sense of humour were his most attractive trait. I thought there would be at least one more lunch to be had but that was not to be. I will remember him with great admiration and warmth. John

We are so sorry to hear of Gerry's passing. He certainly fought a good fight with not only MS but to have cancer on top of it. With all his trials and tribulations on earth. we're sure God has a special place in heaven for him with the rest of the family. We hope your many special memories will help to ease the pain some. God bless all of you - love Uncle Wilf and Aunt Susie.

Daye Gerald(Gerry) and Valerie
We are neighbours of Gerry,we only knew him for little over a year after we moved into our home near him.He was a very kind man, helping us last year removing the ice from our side walk and clearing our driveway of snow. Then in the summer when he had his driveway repaved we received the left over paving stuff for a small job we needed doing. We so appreciated his help and wanted to pay him.No he said, just get me a bottle of London Dock.He had a chuckle over this because we were going to give him a bottle every time he did the driveway.NO NO he laughed just maybe a bottle or two a year. This year sure enough we would come home from work the driveway and side walk were cleared of snow. One day we noticed his driveway wasn't done so my husband went over and did his driveway. Then out comes Gerry ,he had slept in,he wasn't feeling well.It was only then we found out he had MS. Later in the day there he was out doing the side walk with his machine Gerald(Gerry)Leddy You were a great man in our eyes,we are seniors like you.You were there for us even though we were strangers.THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.GOD BLESS YOU.We know the angels were there with you to wrap their wings around you and guide you on your journey, you will be missed. valerie and gerry daye

Hello Leddy family Wanted to pass along my sincere condolences with the passing of Gerry. I hope the family is doing alright in these sad times, please know that you are all in my thoughts, and my sympathies go out to all of you. I hope everyone enjoys the company of each other, it was so good to have the family together on the island those years ago when we lost Lee. A sad reason to gather, but always good to have family together. I am thankful that Forrest was fortunate to get to know his grandpa this past year. I'm sure he, as you all; have fond memories to cherish. Gerry is once again with Dodi and Lee, enjoying the afterlife as they may know it.... Here's to you Gerry. :)44hbvt Take Care Lynne Leddy

Dear Leddy Family, I'm so sorry to hear of Gerry's passing. Even though we haven't met up for quite a few years, I think of him and Dody often. We had so many good times with them; family reunions, weddings, anniversaries... they never missed a good party and they always made the occasion fun for all of us. We can take comfort that now they are together again. Keep the good memories at heart. JoAnne, Gerry's cousin.
