Obituary For Geraldine Smith Dion

Geraldine Beatrice Dion passed away Sunday, August 13, 2017 at the age of 73 years.

Geraldine was born June 29, 1944. She was married to and loved by Allan for 46 precious years.

Left behind to mourn is her loving husband Allan; her two younger sisters: Linda Prokop and Deborah Holden-Francis in Saskatoon; as well as nieces and nephews, and many cherished friends. Rest in peace. Always will be loved.

There will be a gathering to celebrate Gerry's life on Thursday, August 17, 2017, 6:00pm, at Oliver's Funeral Home in Grande Prairie (10005 107 Ave.)

Memorial donations may be made to Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation - Pediatric Fund (10409 98 St., Grande Prairie, AB, T8V 2E8).

Gerry would call occasionally to say "Hi". She would always end the call telling you she loved you. She enjoyed her iPad and would send emails and texts with animated charecters that would make me smile. I will miss her phone calls and emails. As Gerry would say, " Love you". You are free from pain now, rest in peace. Your sister Linda
