On Saturday, December 12, 2015, Jean, with her family by her side, ended her amazing Journey.

Jean was born in Chilliwack, BC, on April 20, 1944, one of seven brothers and sisters. In 1963, she moved to Dawson Creek where she married Gary Garrison and began her family and career; starting as an operator with BC Tel and finishing in Kelowna after 30 plus years. After retirement, Jean returned north to be closer to her kids and grandchildren. Never one to sit around too long, she started working at Tim Hortons in Grande Prairie, which lead her to become involved with a group of quilting ladies who quickly became her extended family (crazy family). Over the years Jean spent much time traveling with friends and family.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Nicole (Griff) Ledergerber, and son Paul (Debbie) Garrison. She will live on in the laughter of her grandchildren: Tristin and Logan Garrison, Mark and Christopher Ledergerber; sisters Del (Earl) Greer, Shirley (Ad) Watson; and brothers: Ralph (Leonie) Watson and Roy (Margie) Watson.

She was predeceased by her sister Donna and brother Roger Watson.

As per Jean’s wishes, no funeral service will be held.
