Halina Tredowicz-Pietrzykowska passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2016, at the QEII Hospital, at the age of 92 years.

Halina was a long-time resident of Grande Prairie, most recently at Dieppe Manor. She was born in Noski, Poland on October 9, 1923.

Halina greatly enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid walker. She was also keenly interested in the healing properties of plants.

She is survived by her son Tomasz, daughter in-law Krystyna, and three grandchildren: Marta, Barbara, and Natalia.

Halina was predeceased by her husband, Eugeniusz, and her son, Marek.

A Service to celebrate Halina’s life will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 7:00pm, at Oliver’s Funeral Home in Grande Prairie (10005 107 Ave.). It will be officiated by Father Raymond.
