Obituary For Ida Thillmann Koslowski

Ida Koslowski, resident of Grande Prairie, AB, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at Mackenzie Place, at the age of 93 years.

Ida was born on November 12, 1927, in Romania. She married Harry, and they moved to Canada in 1953. They moved to Grande Prairie in 1956.

She enjoyed crocheting and knitting and going for coffee with Isabelle Whyte.

Ida will be sadly missed by her children: Silvia (David) Whyte, Elizabeth Naharniak; Doris (Percy) Barron, and Theresa Carpenter; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband Harry; son Hans Koslowski; grandson Raymond Carpenter; parents Elizabeth and John; and her siblings all in Germany.

An Interment will be held at a later date at Lake Saskatoon Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation – Mackenzie Place (10409 98 St., Grande Prairie, AB, T8V 2E8).
