Obituary For Jacob Walton Sydoruk
Jacob Walton Sydoruk, resident of Grande Prairie, AB formerly of Sprit River, AB, passed away on Monday, July 15, 2019, in Grande Prairie, at the age of 20 years.
Jacob was born May 25, 1999, in Grande Prairie, AB.
He will be sadly missed by his mother Sherry, sister Jayden, grandparents Len and Cheryl, Auntie Stacey, Uncle Scott, cousins Nicholas and Piper, and a group of incredible friends.
Jacob was predeceased by his great-grandparents Jack and Isabella Milburn and Nicholas and Marie Sydoruk.
A Private Celebration of Life will be held for Jacob with family and close friends at his side.
Memorial donations may be made to Suicide Prevention Resource Center (200, Nordic Court, 10014 99 St., Grande Prairie, AB, T8V 3N4).
