  I was so saddened and shocked to hear the news about marcel. I am glad I stopped to visit him on june 9th when he was in the hospital in peace river. he was so happy to see me he was sleeping and I rubbed his face and when he opened his eyes and saw it was me he threw back his blankets and sat up smiling at me saying ooohhh tina. I visited him for awhile we agreed that I would come see him in a month when he was at home. sadly he passed just 10 days later.i will always remember marcel as my crib playing buddy. as a young girl I used to go over to his trailer in eaglesham and we would play crib.marcel taught me how to play crib even how to play chineses crib.even though he was a poor sport and would get upset when I beat him or when I would skunk him.i will miss him after years of not seeing him and then to loose him was hard he always treated me like I was his daughter, I guess he is playing crib in heaven now and lets not forget his love of bingo. I would like the family to please let me know where they have laid him to rest so I can bring flowers to his grave and visit him.

  Bert and I were very sad to hear of Marcel's passing. He was a very special friend to us - he will be missed - forever will be in our hearts. Bert and him got along good - he always changed oil in Marcel's car for him, would do the brakes or whatever needed to be done to the car. He has had many meals over here - enjoyed his company. So to Marcel's family - you all take care and remember the happy memories of your brother.
