Obituary For Juliana Pauline Belyan

Juliana Pauline Belyan, resident of Grande Prairie, formerly of Manning, AB, passed away on her birthday Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at Points West Hospice, surrounded by family, at the age of 80 years.

Juliana was one of 17 children born to Seraphim and Emma Hartman. Family was especially important to Juliana and she welcomed everyone as family. She was an active member of CWL at St. Joseph Catholic Church and was the Eucharistic minister for 35 years to people in lodges and homes who could not attend Mass. She was also a CNIB volunteer for 40 years.

She will be sadly missed by her husband Steve; children: Randolph (Tammie), Dennis (Laura), Gerald (Karen), Allan (Janice) and Maureen (Rocky) McLeod; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Prayers will be held on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at 7:00pm, at Oliver’s Funeral Home in Grande Prairie (10005 107 Ave.).

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 26, 2016, at 2:00pm, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Grande Prairie (10404 102 St.).

If friends desire, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
