Obituary For Kelly Leslie Kozloski
Kelly Leslie Kozloski, resident of Grande Prairie, AB, formerly of Preeceville, SK, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2016 in Red Deer County, AB at the age of 35 years.
Kelly was born on April 29, 1981 in Sprintwood, SK. He was raised on his family’s farm in Preeceville, SK, but also had connections to Whitecourt, AB and Medstead, SK. He obtained his Class 1 driver’s license in 2007, when he finally found his calling. He worked for J. Moore Enterprises located in Red Deer County, AB but also recently worked for Maximum Tank Truck Services located in Clairmont, AB.
Kelly was a kind, caring, and loving father, husband, son (in-law), brother (in-law) and friend. His energy lit up the room every time he entered. He could (and would) talk to anyone he encountered. Kelly was the type of guy to give you the shirt off his back if you were in need and poured his heart into everything he did.
Kelly’s passion was for his family. He loved to play with his kids and take them on bike and skidoo rides. He loved to play basketball with his nephews, play hockey with his work buddies, and play pool with Cassandra. He would watch old movies and listen to tons of country music, but his favorite past time was sitting with the kids, looking at semis to buy and recreational vehicles for his family. He enjoyed watching football (Saskatchewan Roughriders), baseball (Toronto Blue Jays), and liked to keep himself updated on hockey too. While living in Saskatchewan, he also enjoyed farming with his family.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Cassandra; children: Ryden, Zakery and Alyxa; parents Les and Pat Kozloski; in-laws Gerard and Peggy Fitzpatrick; sisters: Marie and Otto (Rhett, Keith, Eric and Kyle), Trina (Brooke and Madison), Anita and Ron (Ava and Madelin), Laura and Donavon (Bailey, Robyn and Kendyl), Carol and Don (Charlie), Heather and Matt (Hailey), Trista and James.
He was predeceased by his Gido Walter (1975) and Baba Martha (1984) Olesko, Grandpa Frank (2003) and Grandma Dorothy (1996) Kozloski.
A Social Gathering will be held on Friday November 11, 2016 from 6-8:00pm, at Oliver’s Funeral Home in Grande Prairie (10005 107 Ave.).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kelly’s wife and children: Cassandra, Ryden, Zakery and Alyxa.

Hi Cassandra, I am very sorry to hear of Kelly's passing, it pains me very much to know that you and your children are having to go through this. I wanted to let you know that our hearts have been very heavy at Northern Mat & Bridge and that you and you whole family are in our prayers. Kelly spoke very highly of you and your children to me at work, he told me all about them and you. From an outsiders perspective, he loved you all so much. More than I could even describe. Please know that if you need anything, we are here for you during your time of need. To talk or to listen. Please reach out, if you need something. I don't expect a reply or even a call. I just wanted you to know that Kelly touched many peoples lives, and we will all do our very best to keep his memory alive and well. Sending love and hugs to you and the children. - Kendall Kenig.

I could bever forget the times he babysatt us as kids; he would help us build lego projects such as small houses and play some video games, there was never too many dull moments when he was there. He had lots of paichents putting up with my brother and I when we were both trouble makers as kids, he knew how too keep us in line.He will never be forgotten and will always be remembered. Our deepest condolences From the Stroeder family: Derek and Lilian Stroeder
