Obituary For Kyler Dean Commandeur
Kyler Dean Commandeur, of Clairmont, AB was suddenly taken from all of us on Thursday, June 11, 2020, at the young age of 19 years, 6 months and 11 days.
Our youngest son, known as “Beaners”, came into the world when he was ready, arriving in a rush, and embracing life. From then on, he always lived every day to the fullest, with a constant smile and grin. Kyler spent all his life in the community of Clairmont. As the baby brother, he worshipped his siblings, and followed them everywhere, often with his sister’s pink soother in his mouth.
Kyler’s smile was infectious, and he loved everyone he met. He always was lending a hand, or willing to defend a stranger. From his early youth, he was always curious about how things worked and was happiest when he was building and creating. Kyler could be found at his parent’s shop, out in the community, or at a hockey rink always being helpful. He volunteered for many events and non-profits, selling tickets, working in booths, or working the burn box at the track.
He embraced his siblings’ teammates as extra brothers and sisters. Kyler loved being outdoors, and always found his beloved cowboy boots to be the perfect partner in his adventures; summer or winter. We always knew if his “shit-kickers” were not in the entrance he was outside exploring life with family and friends.
He found his true passion in the garage alongside his dad; working on, rebuilding or fixing anything with an engine. Kyler loved all aspects of motors, from tractors, quads, trucks and cars. Whether it was in a muddy field, or on a racetrack. Most recently, Kyler found such peace on their new family acreage. He loved riding trails, firepit conversations, and fun with family and friends. Joey the family dog was often the companion in his truck adventures.
Kyler will be sadly missed by his father Stacey; mother Danielle; brother Trystan; sister Kourtney; his granny Bea; grandma Terri; great-grandparents Jack and Doris; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends who love and miss him dearly.
He joined his grandpa Mark; grandpa Micheal; and uncle Brandon in heaven. The first thing he said is “Let’s Cummins swap this!”
There is a public viewing being held on Friday, June 19, 2020, at 7:00pm at Oliver’s Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2020, at 1:00pm at Oliver’s Funeral Home, by invitation only. Kyler requested that you attend in your best flannel or plaid, and a good pair of mudding jeans. There will be a Celebration of Life to follow on Saturday, June 20, 2020, at the Commandeur Acreage. Contact Brenda for directions and further information at 780-882-3807.
Memorial donations may be made to Travis Commandeur at ehviator@gmail.com. The donations will be split between the Tabano Center, and PARDS.

Iâ??m sorry for your loss😭😭 kyler was my first ever boyfriend❤️ He meant the world to me.. I miss him so much... on June 2nd I remember you calling him while I was with him. He lied and said he was at work. He was so so happy.. itâ??s hard to believe heâ??s gone. That Iâ??ll never get a random text asking to go for a drive again or ever see his smile or hear his voice.. he was so special to me and it is really hard to know heâ??s gone. Iâ??m sorry youâ??re all going through this😭❤️ Thank you for giving me the opportunity to meet such an amazing young man❤️
