Larry Dale Benson was born on March 17, 1956, at the Grande Prairie, AB Hospital to Art and Yvette Benson. He passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at the Fairview Health Complex – Long Term Care, at the age of 68 years.

Larry is survived by his sisters: Doloris Benson, Debbie Cardinal (Ken Bennett), Rose Coney (Kelsey), Patty Benson and Brenda Benson; brothers: Allan Benson (Sheryle) and Tom Benson (Michelle); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents: Art and Yvette Benson and step-father Alfred Robideau; brother Dennis Leroy Benson; sisters: Donna Jacklin, Lynne Gauthier; as well as nephews James Benson and Kelsey Benson.
