Obituary For Lars Solheim
Lars Solheim, resident of the Grande Prairie Care Centre passed away peacefully on Friday, June 9, 2017, at the age of 88 years.
Lars will be sadly missed by sisters in-law Margaret Solheim and Marion Solheim; brother in-law Andy Haugen; 8 nieces: Glenda, Rhonda, Delaine, Cathy, Shelly, Colleen, Melissa, and Bev; 3 nephews: Kenrick, Colin, and Dean; and their families. He will also be missed by many relatives in Norway.
Lars was predeceased by his parents Gunhild and Syver Solheim; 2 brothers: Henrick and Kenneth; and sister Gladys.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 16, 2017, at 1:00pm, at Valhalla Evangelical Lutheran Church with Interment in Valhalla Cemetery. Lunch to follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Grande Prairie Care Centre (9705 94 Ave. Grande Prairie, AB, T8V 3A2).
