Obituary For Leon Peddle
Leon Peddle, resident of Grande Prairie, formerly of Newfoundland, passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2016, at QEII Hospital, at the age of 53 years.
Leon was born July 4, 1963 in Botwood, NL. He was first a Fisherman, and then an Oilfield Operator. Leon was a dedicated family man and a loyal friend. He was compassionate, loving, and had a great sense of humour.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Margo Peddle, son Lucas Peddle, as well as all of his brothers and sisters.
He was predeceased by his father Cecil Peddle, mother Cynthia Peddle, brother Randy, sister Amy, grandfather Wallace Alcock, grandmother Hetti Peddle, and his best bud: his dog Elmo in May 2016.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Leading Tickles, NL.
