Madison Brosseau, resident of Grande Prairie, AB passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2023, at the Oasis Apartments in Grande Prairie, at the age of 21 years.

Madison was born at the Grey Nuns Hospital in Edmonton, on March 12, 2002. From a young child she had a deep passion for animals, especially horses. She cared about everyone she came into contact with, always standing up to bullies to protect friends. She had a kind soul but could be stubborn as a mule. She was an intelligent girl and was bi-lingual at the age of 12.

Madison will sadly be missed by her Mom, Jaime Brosseau and Dad Anthony Whiten; sister Hayley Brosseau and son Xavier Letourneau, Madisons nephew: grandparents: Barb and Tom Bryson, Peter and Donna Maher, and Louise Whiten; her Uncle Stephen Maher; Aunt Danielle (Matt) and children Isabelle and Kasey Maher; James Whiten and children Archie and Kelsey; Adrian Whiten (Paige) and children Malakai, Harlen, and Paisley McKinnly-Whiten;

A Viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 2:00pm, at Oliver’s Funeral Home in Grande Prairie (10005 107 Ave.).

A Mass will be held on Friday, August 11, 2023, at 2:00pm, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Grande Prairie (10402 102 St.). Everyone is welcome to join the family at 5:00pm, to Celebrate Madison’s Life, at Majors Restaurant in the Paradise Inn (12002 100 St.).
