Obituary For Magdelyna Lozinski

Magdelyna Lozinski, resident of Grande Prairie AB, formerly of Woking AB, passed away on March 16, 2025, at the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital at the age of 89 years.

Magdelyna was born on November 19, 1935, in the Hamlet of Silverwood AB, she was the third born out of nine children.

Magdelyna was quick-witted with a kind and loving personality. She enjoyed baking, especially around the holidays, and she loved dancing.

She will be sadly missed by her children, Shirley Peterson (Terry), Donna Richardson (Ronald), Cynthia Hemmingsen (Les), grandchildren, Corey Peterson (Aletha), Blake Richardson (Jenn), Crystal Stover (Justin), Leif Hemmingsen, Alix Callihoo (Chris), great grandchildren, London Stover, Kingston Stover, Montana Richardson, Paisley Richardson,Marek Richardson, Brayden Jarvis, Haeley Jarvis, Memphis Peterson, Coral Peterson, Peyton Callihoo and Fallon Callihoo.

She was predeceased by her husband Alex Lozinski, sister Mary Polny and brother Mike Merik.

Viewing will take place at 1:00 pm March 24, 2025

Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025, at 1:30 pm at St Joseph Catholic Church (10404 102 St, Grande Prairie) Interment to follow at Grande Prairie Cemetery.

Luncheon to follow at Oliver's Funeral Home (10005 107 Ave Grande Prairie)
