With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Marc Richard Bouchard on Monday, December 16, 2024, at the age of 27. Marc was born in Slave Lake, Alberta on March 5, 1997, to his loving parents, Donald and Rachelle Bouchard.

Marc’s warm and generous spirit will be forever cherished by his family. He is survived by his beloved grandparents, Lorraine Lavoie, Janet Morin, and Ron Morin, as well as his parents and three sisters: Josie (Jason), Justine (Travis), and Robyn (Ryan). He was a devoted and proud uncle to his two nephews, Cohen and Cooper, who brought him endless joy.

Marc will be deeply missed by his uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends, all of whom were touched by his infectious personality and his unique sense of humor. Marc had an incredible ability to make people laugh, and his laughter was nothing short of contagious. His witty jokes, often delivered with a mischievous grin, will always be remembered, and we take comfort in knowing that his laughter will live on in our hearts.

He was an avid boxer, a sport that he loved for both discipline and the challenge it provided. He was also a skilled hunter and fishing man, thanks to his father. But more than anything, Marc had an incredible love for his family, especially his sisters, with whom he shared countless memories.

A private family service will be held in Marc’s memory. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a charity of one’s choice in his memory.

Rest in peace, Marc. Your laughter, your jokes, and your love will forever remain in our hearts.
