Mrs Campbell was a legacy. I appreciate that it is hard to lose a mother regardless of age. I grew up in Wembley and knew Mrs Campbell my whole life. Joyce and I were friends and every time I went to her home Mrs Campbell always had such a lovely smile and so welcoming and caring. When I was young, I had a paper route and in the winter time Mrs. Campbell always insured that I came in and warmed up before I head off on the last part of my route. At Christmas time when I did my papers, Mrs. Campbell always gave me one of those Lifesavers that looked like a book. So every time I see that advertised or someone talks about that candy I smile because that was always so lovely of her to do that for me. Remember, love, never dies sending warm thoughts to your family, and especially to you Joyce, cherish the memories .
