Mario P. Estabillo, resident of Grande Prairie, AB, passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2017, at the QEII Hospital, at the age of 56 years.

Mario was born in San Nicolas, Pangasinan, Philippines, on February 28, 1961. He served as a local councilor of Bourangay San Rogue for 9 years. He arrived in Canada June, 2010 and worked as a Community Disability Services worker. He fought stomach cancer from July 2017 until his passing.

Mario was a loving husband and father to his family, a kind and generous man to his friends and co-workers, and a good and caring brother to his siblings.

He will be sadly missed by his wife Susana “Tani” Estabillo, children: Tanimar and Tani Rio; brother Manuel Estabillo; sisters: Warlita Macis, Marife De la Cruz, Trinidad Estabillo, Lolita Estabillo, Sylvia Fernendez, and Minerva Estabillo.

He was predeceased by his parents Alfred Estabillo and Marcelina Perez.

A Viewing will be held Sunday, October 29, 2017 at 11:00am at Oliver’s Funeral Home in Grande Prairie (10005 107 Ave.).

A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, October 29, 2017, at 12:30pm, at Oliver’s Funeral Home.
