Obituary For Minard Howard Presley
Minard Howard Presley, resident of Beaverlodge, AB, formerly of Fort McMurray, AB, passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021, at Prairie Lake Hospice in Grande Prairie, AB, at the age of 65 years.
He was born May 30, 1956, in Maidstone, SK to his loving parents Howard and Florence Presley. He married his wife Alice Presley in 1976, and together had five children.
Minard resided in Fort McMurray for 19 years establishing his business, Immanuel Electric Ltd, which will be carried on by his son. Minard was an active member of the McMurray Gospel Assembly and loved his church community. He was generous with his time and money, always willing and ready to lend a hand. He loved a good steak and lobster dinner; he was the BBQ master!
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Alice, his five children, seven grandchildren, sister, and brother, as well as the many lives he touched.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 1, 2022, at 1:00pm, at La Glace Bible Fellowship (9901 99 St., La Glace, AB, T0H 2J0).
In lieu of flowers, Minard requested that donations be made to the McMurray Gospel Assembly (https://www.mgachurch.com/giving/).
