Patrice Dawn Simmons, resident of Beaverlodge, AB, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2016, peacefully at home, at the age of 51 years.

Patrice was born in Edmonton, AB on November 8, 1964 to Ann Young.

She is survived by her two children Robert Simmons and Crystal Simmons; parents Ann and Wayne Young; and also by her loving husband Butch Simmons.

She was at her happiest when surrounded by good friends, out camping and having a couple of drinks.

She will always be remembered by everyone she touched.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 3:00pm, at the Beaverlodge Motor Inn (116 6A St.).
