Paul Arthur Ludwig, resident of Grande Prairie AB, formerly of Prince George, BC passed away on June 26, 2024, at the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital at the age of 70 years.

Paul was born in Meadow Lake, SK as the third child of ten children to Art and Donna Ludwig. Paul married Peggy in 1974, and they loved their life with their daughters Kimi and Kerri in Prince George. Paul worked as a millwright and business owner for many years. He loved spending time at the lake, camping, fishing and hunting with many friends and family. After Peggy passed away in 2018, Paul was remarried to Remona in 2022, and enjoyed the last years of his life with her. Paul loved his family dearly. He had an incredible work ethic, and was generous, forgiving, and a friend to all. His grandchildren were the apple of his eye. It brought great joy to meet his great-granddaughter Ophelia before he passed. He was the anchor of the family and will be dearly missed.

He will be mourned by his wife Remona; daughters and their spouses: Kimi (Dwayne), and Kerri (Allan); grandchildren: Angelika, Noah and Taylor, Felicity and Dallas, Trinitee and Eden; and his great-granddaughter Ophelia.

He was predeceased by his loving wife Peggy.

Memorial Services will be held in Paul’s honour on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Hommy Park in Beaverlodge, AB (104083, Township Rd 780).

A second Memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the Gateway Church in Prince George, BC (2055 20 Ave, Prince George, BC) with a Graveside service to follow at 12:00 PM at the Prince George Memorial Park Cemetery (3300 Memorial Park Lane, Prince George, BC).
